Motora turns a single photo of your car into a cinematic video and a listing-grade photo. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is kept and when it is deleted. We collect only what the product needs to work.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- Name, email address or phone number — not needed for an account.
- Location data.
- Contacts, calendar, microphone or health data.
- Card details. Payment runs entirely through the Apple App Store and Google Play; your card details never reach us.
- Advertising identifiers. There are no ads and no tracking.
Where your photos go
The photo you upload is sent to our AI provider, Pollinations, so that the image you asked for can be generated. The provider processes it only to fulfil your request. Photos are stored on our servers and deleted on the schedule above.
Your photos are never uploaded to a third-party file-sharing site and are not exposed to search engines. Every media URL the app uses is signed and time-limited — even if the address is known, it stops working once it expires.

We share data with nobody else. We do not sell data.
Children
Motora is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely. You can erase your account and all of its data from inside the app, or write to destek@motorastudio.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated; for a significant change you are notified inside the app.
