By using Motora you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The service
Motora generates videos and photos from the car photo you upload, using AI. Each render costs credits. AI output varies by nature; we do not guarantee any specific result.
How credits work
- Every render reserves your credits before it starts.
- If the render succeeds, the credits are spent.
- If the render fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
- Weekly subscription credits refresh every Monday and do not roll over.
- Purchased credit packs never expire.
- A render spends the weekly allowance first, then purchased credits.

Refunds
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and refunds are handled by the store. For Apple use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google use your Play Store order history. If a refund is approved, the credits loaded by that purchase are removed from your account.
What you may not upload
- Photos you do not own or are not allowed to use.
- Photos showing someone else's face without their permission.
- Sexual content, violence, hate speech or illegal material.
- Content meant to mislead, impersonate or defraud anyone.
Accounts found breaking these rules may be closed.
What you create is yours
You may use the videos and photos you create commercially — listings, social media, showroom displays. We claim no rights over the photos you upload; we process them only to fulfil your request.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Our liability is in every case limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Deleting your account
You can erase your account and all of its data from inside the app. Deleting forfeits any unused credits and cannot be undone.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top is updated; for a significant change you are notified inside the app.
